My wife and I have been using this garage for many years and every time we get great service. Recent experience was first class. Our Mercedes car front suspension spring failed. The garage reacted picking up the car fixed the fault for a great price.

I bought a M140i off Callum in July 2021. Made an enquiry online and within the hour Callum contacted me with regards to the vehicle. Due to myself living over 4 hours away Callum sent me detailed photos and answered any questions I had about the car. Everything was smooth, the car was very well priced for the market at the time. They gave me a good value for my part exchange and even held the car for just over 2 weeks as I couldn’t get up there any sooner. Once I arrived we sorted the details out and the car was exactly as described. I would highly recommend Auto Centre Inverurie.

For what is normally a painful process Philip made both the trade in and purchase of new vehicle effortless.

Few positives to summarise:

– Comms throughout were timely and accurate
– Went out their way to explain the differences (non-biased) between their car and a similar vehicle I had seen on another website
– Gave a very fair offer on trade in (quite unusual in my experience) and didn’t try to low ball me

– Very helpful through financing and budgeting discussion.
– Despite not physically seeing the car previous to buying, car was exactly as described

Great service, top quality cars, one of the easiest buys I had. Innes was great to deal with from initial emails right through to purchase and after. A couple of weeks after buying my new car from them, got a new reg plate, Innes was great, dealt with it all and fitted my new plates, even gave her a wee clean. Top level service.

Found my dream car, Stuart and Philip really made this a reality, I was a bit of a headache trying to make money move. But nothing was too much trouble. Car was immaculate, low milage, was not needed but had new tyres fitted, oil change, brake fluid, drive chain oil changed, brake pads fitted. First mot, road tax sorted, years warranty, tank of fuel as I travelled 520 miles to them, it only cost me another 30 pound to get car home. Private plate exchanged also with new plates made. Was a very long drive for me but was totally worth it for the right car. And service I received. Highly recommend. The hotel at the end of their road made things happen lovely too. What a nice place they are situated. Thank you so much guys. A truly happy customer.

I popped in here in my old work van at 4pm while I was passing on my way home (100miles away) just on the off chance they might be interested in buying my RS3 as I was thinking of changing. Phillip dealt with me from start to finish in the simplest and most professional manner, absolutely not a salesman just a straightforward businessman.
